Pandemic Stress

Many people’s physical well-being has been severely impacted by the outbreak. COVID-19 is also doing havoc on our mental health, with potentially serious long-term consequences. Have you felt tired?  Are you also unmotivated? I’m sure you’ve experienced it as well. I’m suffering from pandemic burnout. For a long time, our brains have been on high alert for stress and fear.

In different ways, the pandemic has been a devastating for all of us. We must recognize that anxiety is common, and that we may need to slow down, seek additional help, and focus on coping skills.
