Pressure Under The Time Of COVID-19

The pandemic of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our lives. Many of us have been confronted with unpleasant and overwhelming emotions. We had to learn to live with the stress of loneliness and isolation in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Fear and uncertainty, as well as the lasting effects of social isolation, have taken their mental health toll. Many leaders throughout the world are breaking under the weight of protecting the public and the economy. While key staff attempt to juggle working remotely as best they can, I.T. personnel are not immune to this stress, as many have seen their workload increase.

The COVID-19 epidemic will continue to have an impact on our lives and livelihoods in the short term; however the mental impact may last much longer. As an I.T worker it is important for you to take stock and manage the pressure you face.
