Pressure Under The Time Of COVID-19

The pandemic of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on our lives. Many of us have been confronted with unpleasant and overwhelming emotions. We had to learn to live with the stress of loneliness and isolation in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
